Diskalkulik Bir Öğrencinin Çoklu Yöntemlerle Tanılanma Süreci

Diskalkuli bireyin matematiksel becerilerini etkileyen matematiğe özgü bir özel öğrenme güçlüğüdür. Evrensel olarak kabul gören bir tanımı yoktur. Bu durum tanılama yöntemlerinde de ortak bir anlayış oluşmamasına sebep olmuştur. Literatürde çok sayıda tanılama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, hastane raporları doğrultusunda RAM tarafından tanı konulmuş bir 5. sınıf öğrencisinin farklı tanılama yöntemleriyle yeniden değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Bunun için kontrol listesi, matematik başarı testi, öğrenci tanıma fişi, panamath testi, ebeveynlerle görüşme ve tutarsızlık yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Farklı tanılama yöntemlerinin sonuçları karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada farklı yöntemlerin sonuçlarının birbirini desteklediği görülmüş ve öğrencinin matematik öğrenme güçlüğü yaşadığı kararına ulaşılmıştır.
